What was the highlight of The Park Chennai
Excellent stay for someone seeking embassy visits.
The booking was for my spouse. Safety-wise, its a good hotel with all amenities. The hotel has plenty of food options. They have ala carte and a buffet. Buffet was worth - they have Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian and Jamaican delicacies. The hotel is at walking distance from most of the embassies.
Power outages are frequent in this hotel. There were almost 14+ power cuts throughout the one day stay. They do have a generator backup which restored power in 5 mins. But frequent power outages is always an annoying experience, especially when you are in middle of a movie, a conference call, or arranging some important documents.

Roo. No 6025 was too humid, floor was wet when AC kept ON. Perhaps water was coming out of AC and keeping floor wet. No ventilation. There should be a window that can be opened. Very bad experience at room no 6025. However the next day on request they changed room , which was good.
